The development of human resources in the process of constant learning context: the research of the teachers‘ potential of the Tourism management departament

Abstract
The article is based on the the oretical analysis of the specifics of human resources development and reveals the actuality of constant learning. The performed investigation seeks to find out the exact role of in-service training in teachers’ professional development and how much time is given to the common qualification and pedagogical development. The research analyzing the scientific and methodical activities of the teachers during the 2005-2009 year is based on four main factors: in-service training (courses, seminars, conferen ces); preparation of scientific publications, articles; preparation of reports and supervision of students’ scientific projects; preparation of students for competitions and contests.
