ТHE DEVELOPMENT OF METHODS TO EVALUATE THE STRATEGIC USE OF CORPORATE CULTURE

Abstract

The article considers the specifics of determining the strategic objectives of the enterprise. The author of the study and development of methods for the assessment of the strategic use of corporate culture. Clarified the basic requirements for setting strategic goals. The author proposed the use of the geometric method of addition to determine the primary metric that is useful and simple monitoring tool demand the unique properties of culture the ongoing strategy of the organization. The proposed model, which is, from a methodological point of view, the link between the assessment of the relevance strategy corporate culture and economic performance assessment of the management culture of the organization.
