THE DEVELOPMENT PECULIARITIES OF THE LEGAL STATE CONCEPT IN THE REPUBLIC OF POLAND

Abstract
The article is devoted to the research of the development peculiarities of the legal state concept in the Republic of Poland. It is noted that the German idea of legal state was taken as the basis for the original text of the current Constitution of the Republic of Poland. Moreover, it is noticed the importance of the practice of the Constitutional Tribunal for the formation of systems (concepts) of the Republic of Poland features as a legal state. The main characteristics of the Republic of Poland as a legal state of its modern state development are determined in the article. The author paid attention to the fact that observance of the legal state principles is a mandatory condition for the protection of all the main values, which are enumerated in the Treaty on the European Union, where the Republic of Poland is a member. The tools for early warning of threats to the legal state in the EU and the peculiarities of their implementation in the Republic of Poland are considered in the article.
