Abstract
The autors present the diagnostic and therapeutical diffi culties of acute (fulminant) invasive mycotic rhinosinusitis. A case report of mycotic rhinosinusogenes meningitis in 50 years old woman is described in this paper. The intensive pharmacological and surgical treatment was performed. The result was successful, however the optical nerve was damaged.<br/><br/>
