THE DIRECTIONS OF NORMATIVE PROVIDING OF POLICE OFFICERS PARTICIPATION IN REALIZATION OF HARM-REDUCTION PROGRAMS ON DRUG AND PSYCHOTROPIC SUBSTANCES ABUSE

Abstract
In the article it is noted that despite the implementation of the harm-reduction programs on drug abuse in our country, today there are still numerous cases of police officers’ unreasonable interference in its activity. That’s why the necessity to adopt National Police order formalizing the directions of police officers’ cooperation with participants of these programs is grounded. Also the article examines the main provisions that should be contained in such legal act.
