THE DIRECTIONS OF ORGANIZATION OF PRODUCTION AND ECONOMIC ACTIVITY OF AGRICULTURAL ENTERPRISES

Abstract
Purpose. The aim of the article is to substantiation of the main directions of the organization of production and economic activity of agricultural enterprises and the identification of activities that should ensure the functioning of an effective management system. Methodology of research. The research is based on the application of a set of general scientific methods (induction, deduction, analysis, synthesis, generalization, classification, classification and logical cognition) to identify the main problems that impede the development of organizational and legal forms of management in the agrarian sphere and substantiate the main directions and mechanisms of the various organizational and legal forms of management. The information base of the investigation was legislation acts of Ukraine, publications of domestic and foreign scientists-economists. Findings. The main problems that restrain the development of organizational and legal forms of management in the agrarian sector of the economy are systematized. Factors of influence on the size of the enterprise, its organizational structure, use of innovative technologies and level of personnel support and investment appeal of the enterprises is revealed and analyzed. The main directions of activity of various organizational and legal forms of agricultural enterprises in conditions of heterogeneity production have been substantiated in the article. In particular, the directions of production and economic activity of enterprises are able to provide: solving of social problems and protecting the interests of peasants; infrastructure development; increase of production efficiency and competitiveness of products on the market; formation and realization of economic relations, which will promote material interest of employees. The measures, which should ensure functioning of an effective system of strategic management, have been substantiated. It is proved that a successful solution of the outlined problems is possible in the case of creating a system of measures, tools, methods and rules, making managerial decisions. Originality. The scientific novelty of the research consists in an integrated approach to the justification of the strategic directions of the organization of production and economic activities of agricultural enterprises in conditions of heterogeneity of the agrarian economy. Practical value. The obtained research results can be used in various organizational and legal forms of agricultural enterprises.
