The disciplinary responsibility of civil servants: the classification criteria of the grounds for prosecution

Abstract
Researched grounds for disciplinary liability. The General compositions of disciplinary offences, which allow the application of a disciplinary sanction of dismissal, and the list of disciplinary offences for which you may apply the disciplinary sanction of dismissal. Positive is marked on the time specified on the culpability of a disciplinary offense. Established criteria for the classification of grounds for bringing to disciplinary liability: the criterion of the act; the criterion of “disciplinarios” act; the criterion of guilt. It is noted that the criterion of the act provides for the establishment, are the grounds of exemption directly to the acts of the employee or the circumstances. the components of the objective side of the act it is a violation of labor discipline. The third criterion involves the establishment, mandatory is the fault of the employee.
