THE EASTERN BALTIC SHIPREPAIR YARDS IN THE TERM OF INSTITUTIONAL TRANSFORMATIONS

Abstract
Shiprepair yards and centres in the East Baltic area are characterized. Most of the functioning shiprepair yards is listed. Special attention is given to the technical and development potential of Polish shiprepair yards. The importance of the Gdansk Shiprepair Yard is discussed.
