The economic-mathematical model of the organization activity of the modern transport-logistics system

Abstract
In the paper have been defined as third party logistics as an external logistics service provider offering single or multiple logistics activities to its customers, which typically is on a contract basis. There are developed economic model, the organization of work of the company level 3PL and 4PL.
