THE EFECTIVENESS OF TIME MANAGEMENT PROGRAMME ON THE TIME MANAGEMENT SKILL LEVELS OF UNIVERSITY STUDENTS

Abstract
The aim of this study is to research to effectiveness of the time management programme on the time management skill levels of university students. The design of this study is one group pretest and posttest model. Independent variable is time management programme application, dependent vairable is the time management skill levels of university students. The participants of the study includes eleven university students attending universities in Ankara at 2015 – 2016 academic year. Time Management Inventory was used to collect data. Data are analyzed using Wilcoxon signed rank test on SPSS 21.0. According to the results of data analysis, it is found that The Programme Designed to Develop Efficient Time Management Skills was effective and its effects were permanent by time. Findings are discussed based on the literature.
