The athletes were divided into groups (n = 10) and experiment (n = 10) by randomly applying ITN tennis skill test with age, height and body weight before training. During the 8-week tennis training sessions conducted two days a week, while the experimental group performed the Kinesis and Thera band exercises together with the technical training, the control group performed tennis technical training. Data obtained in the study SPSS 11.5 program performed intra-group and group analyzes. When all these results were examined, significant differences were found in intra-group measurements of experiment and control group (p <0,05). There was significant difference found in depth and strength values (p <0,05) and no significant difference was found in sensitivity and strength values between the two groups (p> 0,05). As a result, it can be said that the tennis technique and tactical training of the 14-16 age group students as well as the Kinesis and thera band training exercises are the effects of tennis skill.
