THE EFFECTIVENESS OF INTERPRETATION: TECHNICAL-TECHNOLOGICAL ASPECTS

Abstract
In the article the efficiency aspects of interpretation in view of the technical-technological characteristics of individual interpretative act. In theory outlined defects interpretative technique domestic acts of interpretation. Proved that interpretive activity – a condition of true knowledge of the content of Law and traced the relationship between the quality of interpretation and the level of efficiency of regulation in general.
