AXIOMATIC ENFORCEMENT

Abstract
The article attempts to study the philosophical and legal axioms of law enforcement. The attention on the need to reflect on the value of human life in this legal field, which are fixed by law the right of everyone to choose, the right to freedom of speech, the right to vote, the right to dignity, the rule of law prevails, and the like. This function should rely on the state, namely – law enforcement agencies, which are aimed at protecting the rights, freedoms and legitimate interests of all subjects of legal relations and the like.
