Abstract
The article is sanctified to doctrine and legislative research ofcorporate laws, their legal nature. The moments of origin ofcorporate laws are analysed on the basis of agreement und erwriting. Taking intoaccount the legislation of Ukraine,Europe anstandards, anauthoris distinguish certain conclusions.
