The essence and place of fiscal policy in the system of public administration

Abstract
The article is devoted to the consideration of the essence of fiscal policy and the substantiation of its role in the system of public administration. The content, functions and principles of fiscal policy of the state are determined. Subjective-object and organizational-functional approaches to the system of public administration and place of fiscal policy in it are offered.
