THE ESSENCE AND STRUCTURE OF READINESS TO PROFESSIONAL ACTIVITY OF FUTURE ENGINEERSTEACHERS OF ECONOMIC PROFILE

Abstract
In the article there have been considered and analyzed the essence and structure of readiness to professional activity of future engineers-teachers of economic profile. The analysis of psychological and pedagogical literature shows that despite of understanding the importance of readiness in practice of higher school this problem is insufficiently worked out. There have been considered the problem of defining the components of the structure of readiness to professional activity of specialist. Some difficulties which appear at future engineers-teachers of economic profile are defined in the article. The author emphasizes the importance the level of formed motivational component of the structure of readiness. There have been carried out the research with the aim of estimation of the level of forming of motivational component of the structure of readiness to professional activity of future engineers-teachers of economic profile. The results of the survey have shown that the most students have middle level of motivation.
