THE EUROPEAN EXPERIENCE OF PUBLIC-PRIVATE PARTNERSHIP: A CASE STUDY OF BEST PRACTICES IN UKRAINE

Abstract
This article discusses the problems of forming and realization of public-private partnership mechanisms in the European practice of the Government, as well as by the example of some European countries justified ways of improvement institutional principles to facilitate their implementation in Ukraine and defines the basis of modernization of conceptual approaches to improve public-private partnership as a European concept of successful and efficient models public administration. Argues that the mechanism of public-private partnership is one of the key elements of social dialogue between the State and society, effective public social policies, leading Ukraine in Europe, contributes to a socially oriented economy and socially responsible management.
