FEATURES DEVELOPMENT OF THE STATE ADMINISTRATION OF CULTURAL HERITAGE IN UKRAINE

Abstract
This article analyzes the current system of state administration of cultural heritage in Ukraine. Characterized the development of the State Protection of Cultural Heritage in Ukraine. Also, the patterns and main features for each of the development stages are described. The positive and negative factors affecting the development of the public management of cultural heritage in Ukraine. Analyzes the legislation that guaranteed the right to the protection of cultural heritage in Ukraine.
