The Evaluation of Reconstrucion of Validebag Grove in Terms of Human-Nature Relationship, Environment Ethics, State of Law, and Participative Environment Politics

Abstract
The phenomenon of human-nature relationship existed since antiquity addresses the struggle between humans and the environment. While humans use nature for the purposes before, this situation has turned into man’s desire to dominate nature. Human domination of nature and man’s desire to seize nature mean exploitation of nature. One recent attempt to harm to the environment in our country is reconstruction of Validebag Grove. It was declared 1st degree natural protected area in 1999, and recently it has been engaged the agenda because of reconstruction. The region declared as a protected area is tried to open reconstruction. Even though given decision of stay of execution about the Grove, works are continued in violation of the law. In this study, reconstruction of Validebag Grove is discussed various aspects and evaluated in the context of human nature relationship, approaches of environment ethics, state of law, and participative environmental politics.
