In the article to analysis and confirmis the author of his the long-term prognosis of ecology-economic and social-polіcy crises, fullfilled on the fundamentals of the system theory of social-economic and polіcy cycles, that is to the burning in conditions of the permanent global social-economic crisis 2008-2016. Complex evalute of ecology-economic and and polіcy crise in USSR, RF and Ukraine fulfilled.
