Abstract
The author investigated and correlated some theoretical and practical aspects of guarantees of rights and freedoms of a suspect while applying measures to provide the criminal proceedings, conducting investigative (searching) and unofficial investigative (searching) actions. Generalized international legal documents, criminal procedural legislation of foreign countries regarding mechanism of implementation guarantees of rights and freedoms of a suspect in criminal proceedings, singled out problematic aspects of this activity.
