THE EXPERIENCE OF THE EUROPEAN UNION MEMBER STATES IN THE SPHERE OF VOCATIONAL TRAINING OF CIVIL SERVANTS FOR UKRAINE

Abstract
The article analyzes systems of professional training of civil servants of such European Union member states as Great Britain, France and Poland. Describes main goals for reforming the sphere of vocational training of civil servants. Highlights the need to use the experience of the EU members to effectively reform the personnel processes taking place in Ukraine. Identifies the most important conditions for achieving the effectiveness of vocational training programs for civil servants of Ukraine.
