THE EXPERIENCE OF USING DIGITAL TECHNOLOGIES IN ASSESSING THE TECHNICAL CONDITION OF DEEP FORMATION DEVELOPMENT COMPLEXES

Abstract

The use of fundamentally new SHM-type complexes for open-underground mining of coal seams poses an acute problem of the transition from a scheduled preventive maintenance system to a preventive maintenance system based on the actual technical condition of the components and assemblies of the complexes, which is determined using diagnostic methods. The most acceptable method of functional diagnostics is a method based on the analysis of mechanical vibrations, because when the technical condition of the machine changes, the vibration signature will also change, and the change in the vibration signature can be used to detect incipient defects before they become critical. Based on the results of a diagnostic examination of the SHM-29 complex, reference spectral masks were constructed for each of the units and assemblies, normalizing the level of vibration intensity in various frequency spectral regions, which were used to assess their technical condition. According to the results of the analysis, defective units were identified for which measures for their maintenance were proposed.
