The factors of the effectiveness of the judiciary in ensuring the rights and freedoms of man and the citizen

Abstract
The article covers the author’s vision of the essence and classification of the factors of the effectiveness of the judiciary in ensuring the rights and freedoms of man and the citizen. It is noted that the main objective of the activities of the judiciary is to ensure the rights and freedoms of man and the citizen. The criteria for the effectiveness of the activities of the judiciary in securing the rights and freedoms of man and the citizen are singled out. The article emphasizes the ability of courts to make justified and lawful decisions (the function of resolving social conflicts) and the ability to influence social interaction by adopting decisions compulsory for all (the regulatory function).
