The factors which determining the traceability system on example of meat industry enterprises

Abstract
Many areas have influence to reassurance of food safety. One of them is the effectiveness internal and external system of traceability. The requirements of using the traceability system are intensifying by the requirements of the food law. Structure of internal traceability system is subject to enterprise’s commitment. Researches which were take among of meat industry enterprises permit to separate factors which influence on the effectiveness of internal traceability system. The most important are factors of technical principle area and factors such as awareness of management and employees.
