Abstract
The project tasks belong to the class of inverse tasks. The goal of these tasks is investigation of the source parameters of investigated object, with which the needed results could be received. Their solving based on preset result. Naturally such tasks as a rule have a many solves from which the optimum must be selected. At that the criteria for selecting of optimal solve often go beyond the investigated object. The solve of any inverse tasks have iteration character which leads to a sharp increase of count of transactions in the project data management system of the complex technical object. Accordingly the time of data communication is becoming main factor which critically affects on the common time of designing. The main feature of the modern CAE-systems which used in design of complex technical objects is that they have not the interface with the data base management systems. As result process of the data exchange between the analyzed models includes the many "manual" operations. It significantly complicates coordination of the project models what makes the users make the data exchange through the files or paper documents. At that the use of such data exchange means leads to significant raise of count of errors that related to data identification and impossibility effective data management. In the case of use the data base management systems for processing and sending requests the receiving of needed information all the same is impossible without the people's participation. This is due that the information that transmitted on requests in project data management systems as a rule missing in a project data base. In addition this information can not be obtained by the way of standard manipulations with existing data and requires the execution of project operations as part of the design process. At that the standard universal analyze applications can't be used. The use special applications are limited by the features of used IT that has not effective means for setting links between the applications and calculation models. As the result of executed analyze it was concluded that for decrease of time of data exchanging during aircraft designing the maximal decrease of the count of commutation nodes in data communication system and automation of project information obtaining is needed, for that needed the use IT that are enables efficiently operate a large number of specialized applications.
