Abstract
The article deals with the features of preparation future teachers of physical education to organization and conducting the sport-mass work with students and youth in secondary schools of Ukraine (the end of XX – beginning of XXI centuries). We highlights the concept of “training” in the legislative and normative documents and through the analysis of psychological, pedagogical and methodological literature. We identify the components of readiness the teachers of physical educationmeaningful, motivational and operational, the implementation of which will help future teachers to be prepared to organization and conducting sports activities in secondary school.
