THE FEATURES OF STRUCTURE OF FORMING THE PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCE OF THE FUTURE TEACHER

Abstract
The article deals with the structure of vocational and pedagogical competence, which is an important indicator of the professional development of each teacher, lecturer. The works of scientists concerning the structure of the teacher’s professional and pedagogical competence are analyzed, the ways of formation are defined, certain criteria and indicators of formation of the professional teacher’s competence of the future teacher are specified. It is established that the professional-pedagogical competence in many cases is determined by the specifics of the professional activity performed and its affiliation with the certain types of professions. Study of the structure of the teacher’s professional and pedagogical competence in different authors’ approaches allows us to imagine, in general, its content, which contains the following components: the personality of this specialist, ones cultural level, the need for self-education; proper scientific professional knowledge; professional motivation, orientation of professional values; heuristic activity, ability to solve professional tasks and analyze their results. It should be noted that the structure of the teacher’s professional and pedagogical competence is determined by the fact that it should take place in the unity and interconnection of the spiritual, interactive, creative and methodical content of its education. The process of professional formation of a teacher should be aimed at mastering them by a specialty at the level of knowledge and cultural-professional competence along with knowledge, abilities, skills, which also include the formation of the professional qualities necessary for his professional development as a modern specialist in the field of future pedagogical activity. In our opinion, the structure of the teacher’s professional and pedagogical competence must be determined not only by professional basic knowledge and skills, but also by the value orientations of the teacher in the profession, which must characterize its motives and give preference to the ability to appreciate knowledge, experience, relations with students.
