THE FEATURES OF THE LEGAL STATUS OF THE PROSECUTOR IN CRIMINAL PROCEEDINGS IN APPLICATION OF COERCIVE MEASURES OF MEDICAL CHARACTER

Abstract
In the article are investigated the features of the activity of the prosecutor in criminal proceedings in application of coercive measures of medical character. Powers of the prosecutor in criminal proceedings of coercive measures of medical character at a stage of pre-judicial investigation are explained. The authors prove a need of reorganization of psychiatric examination on psychological-psychiatric. Petition form and content about the application of coercive measures of medical character. and also the features of the indictment on limited responsible are found out. In the article are defined the features of the activity of prosecutor during trial and rediscretion of decisions in these categories of case.
