The features of the state innovation and investment policy under the complicated political and economic situation in Ukraine

Abstract
The subject of research is innovative and investment policy of the state. The aim of the research is the identification out the features and the definition of the directions of state innovatiove and investment policy in the context of complicated political and economic situation. The essence of the state of innovation and investment policy was explored. The principles of innovation and investment policiy of developed countries on the criterion of the possibility of their implementation in Ukraine were systematized. The possibilities of innovation development of the national economy in the short and long term were analysed. Innovation and investment policy of the state is defined as the procedural integrity of «the aim – the means – the result» The specific principles of the innovative and investment policiy in developed countries, which can be implemented in Ukraine were separated. The necessary measures of the government for the resumption of macroeconomic growth, based on innovative and investment policy of the state were defined
