THE FEATURESOF VALUED ORIENTATIONS OF THE STATE EMPLOYEES

Abstract

All wider a question comes into a question about the necessity of research of individual specific of internal life, reconstruction of subjective picture of the world of personality today. In the situation of breaking of social stereotypes and collecting force new sociocultural tendencies the questions of forming of structures of individual consciousness acquire the special importance. State employees are the special task force that is not studied yet enough. Because they are the representatives of very important type of professional activity, then, from that, what valued foundation is formed at this task force, quality of their professional activity depends. A research aim consisted of study of features of the valued sphere of state employees. It is assumed that socio&economic transformation and fundamental reformation of modern Ukrainian society, making the objective component of social situation of development of personality, will find a reflection in the change of structure of the valued sphere of workers most sensitive to what be going on in society social changes. The questionnaire of values of Schwarz that is sent to the study of universal, common to all mankind values was used in research.Thus, it was educed in research of the valued orientations of state employees, that their values differ in foremost strengthening of orientation on itself, by support on own forces and decline of role and value of internalss of personality, especially important in contacts with other people (sensitiveness, respect to the man, ability to hear out and understand other. We will mark that on this stage of research its difficult simply to give an answer, whether there are the educed distinctions in the valued priorities by investigation of internal transformation of values of culture or result of influence of professional activity. But balances of the work testify that among values there is appearance of specific features affecting key bases of Ukrainian national character. Workers « reject» the values of collectivism: respect of traditions, moderation, equality. It means that meaningful reasons of behavior are: aspiring to the achievement of the personal success, choice of own aims, independence, welfare and setting on social inequality.
