THE FINANCING OF EDUCATION IN THE CONTEXT OF REPRODUCTION OF HUMAN CAPITAL

Abstract
The article reveals the actual problems of financing education in the context of reproduction of human capital. It is substantiated that the Ukrainian education financing system does not provide training for specialists in accordance with the needs of the market. There are a number of problems that affect the efficiency of education financing by the state, enterprises and households. The directions of improvement of financing in the context of reproduction of human capital in Ukraine are proposed.
