THE FIRST QURULTAY OF THE CRIMEAN TATAR PEOPLE IN 1917: HISTORICAL AND LEGAL ANALYSIS

Abstract
The article deals with the analysis of events that took place on the territory of Crimea in 1917 and the result of which was the holding of the First Crimean Tatar Qurultay. The reasons and conditions for the revitalization of the Crimean Tatar national movement are considered. The complex processes that preceded the First Qurultay are researched. The political views of the leaders of the Crimean Tatar national movement are comprehensively consecrated. The detailed description of the Crimean Tatar basic laws, which were the result of the Qurultay, is given.
