THE FORMATION OF ECOLOGICALLY COMPETENT BEHAVIOUR OF A PERSON IN THE PROTECTED AREAS

Abstract
Introduction. The article examines problems of training of ecologically competent behavior of a person in the protected areas, the necessity of ecological education of the population, points to new approaches in environmental education and ecotourism destinations ecological and educational ecotourism activities within protected areas. Methods. The paper presents the approaches used in ecological and educational tourism activities, directions of ecological - educational activities cattolico. Results. Environmental education is aimed at awareness of natural phenomenality of a person that is fully responsible for the life and living conditions on Earth. Prospects. Environmental education should form the ecological culture of the person, which is characterized by versatile, in-depth knowledge about the environment (natural and social); the ecological style of thinking that implies a responsible attitude to nature and their health; the availability of skills and experience in solving environmental problems (particularly at the local level); direct involvement in conservation work, as well as the ability to predict possible negative impacts of nature-transforming activities of man.
