THE FORMING OF MANAGEMENT QUALITIES IN FUTURE SPECIALISTS IN THE FIELD OF HUMAN SECURITY

Abstract

The increasing of volumes and complication of emergencies in particular technogenic, presently requires the simultaneous, immediate, concerted and operative introduction in an action of necessary amount of specialists of high qualification to industry of safety of man, solvent quickly to react in the situation of providing of counteraction radiation, chemical, biological, fire – and to the explosive accidents and overcoming of their consequences. It predetermines the necessity of training of leading personnels of subdivisions of civil defence for translation. In the article administrative internalss are analysed necessary to the specialists in industry of safety of man, in the context of features of professional activity that in modern terms requires a high professional level, strengthening of the personal responsibility for realization of leading functions and decision of concrete tasks. Such kind of approach that is offered envisages forming for students and students of higher educational establishments of totality socially and professionally important internals, including - leader. Preparation of specialists that must become leaders in select industry is a key task of Ukrainian higher educational establishments. We are offer classification of administrative internals of leader of rescue subdivision, with the aim of providing of efficiency of process of professional preparation of future specialists in industry of safety of man to implementation of administrative functions. For successful activity in industry of safety of man of practical worker requires the scientifically reasonable administrative actions of leaders of subdivisions of civil defense, implementation of the tasks related to defense and life-saving in emergencies depends on effectiveness of that. On the basis of analysis of structure and basic functions of administrative activity we grounded the task of preparation of students to implementation of administrative activity, that consist in forming in them of totality of internals (professionally meaningful, organizationally-administrative, leader, psychological and pedagogical and socially meaningful) that provide successful organization of implementation of civil defense of the tasks put before them subdivisions, including – during liquidation of emergency.
