The forms of participation of the prosecutorin the process of proving the application of preventive measures in pre-trial criminal proceedings

Abstract
The article substantiates that the prosecutor is a key and compulsory subject of the process of proving the application of preventive measures at the stage of pre-trial investigation. Based on the systematic analysis of the norms of the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine, the author identified the appropriate forms of participation of the prosecutor in such a process and analyzed them.
