THE GENERAL SECONDARY EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTION ASPECTS OF PSYCHOLOGICAL AND PEDAGOGICAL MANAGEMENT UNDER CONDITION OF STUDENTS’ SUCCESSFUL SOCIALIZATION

Abstract
The article deals with the problems of psychological and pedagogical management at general secondary education institutions in the context of students’ socialization process. The scientific and theoretical, methodological literature on the formation of social development of the educational process participants has been analyzed. The main aspects of the pedagogical staff work aimed at creation of the teacher-students positive attitude, their successful socialization, based on the the V.O. Sukhomlynsky School of Joy experience have been outlined.The socializing space management features formation at educational institutions in order to develop the creative students’ potential, their vital competencies formation have been characterized.
