The Impact and Effectiveness of European Foundation of Quality Management(EFQM) Sublimity Model on B rujerd Kosar Clinic Employees

Abstract
The aim of this research was to study the effectiveness of European Foundation of Quality Management sublimity model for KosarClinic in Borujerd. According to the objectives, this research could be considered as a practical one, and according to the methodology; it could be considered as descriptive – deductive. The statistical society included 300 employees of Kosar Clinic in Borujerd, among whom169 persons were selected as sample group, using Morgan Table and random selection. We used asta dard questionnaire, beside library research, to gather the data needed.
