The relationship between leadership and commitment

Abstract

Succeeding of organizations and work milieus has complete dependent to efficient using of manpower sources on the basis of behavioral sciences and this is a challenge that for facing with it, we should recognize more and more comprehensively the concepts and constructs that are related to manpower. In fact, for efficiency of an organization factors such as: motivation of personnel, satisfaction from the job and the extent of commitment to the company and organization are very important to psychologists of voluntary survey commitment organization in two main groups: A: affective commitment or an attitude that is related to degree of internalizing values of an organ by the employees. B: behavioral commitment or alternating one that depends on external factors such as salary and in this kind of commitment, personnel identification with the aims of organ isn’t formed. In this article by considering organ commitment as a dependent Variable, the relation of organ atmosphere (including: construct, style of leadership, aiming, relations and system of rewarding) with degree of organ commitment of personnel is surveyed.
