The Impact of Ataturk's Principles and Reforms in the Construction of Turkish Cypriot Identity

Abstract
The aim of this study Turkish Cypriot was the emergence of nationalism and Ataturk's principles and Turkish revolution Movements, was to investigate the effects on Turkish nationalism. The best way in order to understand this period of the Ottoman Empire, starting with the administration of the island of Cyprus, the UK government tried to explain in general terms the ongoing process of the era. Nationalist movements of the nationalist movements of the Greek Cypriot community and the Turkish Cypriot community were undertaken separately the intellectuals of the period of the Turkish Cypriot community has been focused on the effects on the development of Turkish nationalism. The Turkish Cypriot community see themselves as part of Anatolia, and Ataturk's exhibit behavior that values the Turkish Cypriot community has been influential in the development of relations between the two communities. As a result of, Cyprus enosis of the Greek Cypriots the Turkish Cypriot community in the face of opperession propaganda and focused on the fight that gave England and Ataturk’s Principles and Reforms Turkish the effects on society were investigated.
