The Impact of Total Supportive Services System and Empowering on Improving the Management Performance (Case Study: Imam Khomeini Charity Committee of West Azerbaijan)

Abstract

The aim of the present study is to examine the effect of total support services and empowering on improvement of management performance in Imam Khomeini Charity Committee of West Azerbaijan. The study is applied and prescriptive in terms of the goal and methodology. The statistical population comprises of all employees, manager and social service providers and 60 individuals were chosen as the sample size. Using Cronbach alpha coefficient, the reliability was estimated as 74% and the validity was assessed and confirmed by the supervisor. The data were analyzed through the use of descriptive statistics and inferential statistics including standard deviation and factor analysis as well as t-test and Kolmogorov-Smirnov test. The results indicated that the total systems was effective as an important management factor in evaluating, controlling and supervising the employees and their cooperation in decision-making process. This leads to the effectiveness of made decision and it seems impossible to misuse the possible aspects through enjoying the accurate and total information of the society’s needs.
