THE IMPROVEMENT OF PEDAGOGICAL SKILL OF A TEACHER OF ECONOMIC DISCIPLINES AS A FACTOR OF HIS PROFESSIONALISM GROWTH

Abstract
Structural elements of professional skills of scientific and pedagogical personnels are presented in this articles. The increases of pedagogical skills of a teacher of economic disciplines as the factor of growth of his / her professionalism is elicidated. The following ways of settling of this process are disclosed: psychological, pedagogical, didactic, and information-technological. An analysis of the educational legislation of Ukraine in the context of an investigated problem has been conducted. Also the content of standard-legal documents are described by a number of requirements to the growth of professionalism and improvement of pedagogical skill of scientific and pedagogical cadres of establishments of higher education is defined. The importance of a role of each teacher depends on his / her competent representation of the educational compound of the human capital of graduates. The components of professional skill of a teacher of economic disciplines has been clarified.
