The in fluency of educational reforms on the effectiveness of general school management in Iran

Abstract

The present research considers the effect of educational reformation on the improvement of administration in the Iranian schools in the perspective of teachers and manager in 2010-2011. Research method, in this research, is descriptive-analytic and its statistic society includes all employees (588595 people) working in the different levels of education and training 49988 people who were working as principal and 251616 as the teachers. The people were selected by accidental sampling method, adequate to the number of 415 people from the principal and 600 people from the teachers. The research applies two series of the researcher-made questionnaires including 22 closed and one opened answer questions for the teachers and 21 closed and 2 opened answer questions based on Licrit’s scale. To analyze the data, the mean, percentage, diagram and table have been used at level of descriptive statistic, and mono-sample test, variance analysis and coefficient Ronbakh’s Alfa at the statistic deduction. The results show that the principal, working in Education and Training, have announced the educational reformation on the variables under considerations more effectively in comparison with the teachers; The principals, unlike teachers, believes that the educational reformation in the school’s principal has a tendency towards collaborative management. In the view of teachers and principal, the educational reformation had been less influential in the financial resources. The principal, unlike teachers, believes in high educational reformation performed in the student’s skills and abilities. Both principals and teachers believe in the average use of educational reformation in the educational technology. While principals believe in the high satisfaction in the adequacy programs with student’s needs, teachers believe in the average satisfaction of this need.
