THE ”IN VITRO” EFFECT OF CHITOSAN, GRAPEFRUIT EXTRACT AND PYTHIUM OLIGANDRUM ON THE GROWTH OF THE MAIN FUNGAL PATHOGENS OF STEWARTIA PSEUDOCAMELLIA (Max.)

Abstract

ll studied preparations statistically significantly inhibited the mycelium linear growth of tested pathogens. The in vitro effect on the mycelium growth of investigated pathogens depended on fungus species, preparation type and its concentration in the medium. Among the studied preparations Biosept 33 SL at concentration 0,2% showed the highest effectiveness in inhibitory effect of mycelium linear growth of mentioned pathogens.
