THE INDIVIDUAL STYLE OF SPEECH OF HEYDAR ALIYEV (DEDICATED TO THE 100-TH BIRTHDAY ANNIVERSARY)

Abstract
Heydar Aliyev’s political and economic course, as well as the course he implemented on the development of science in Azerbaijan, is being continued and developed with great success by the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Mr. Ilham Aliyev, taking into account the challenges and realities of the modern era and the world, as well as the needs of our republic. The exceptional services of Mehriban Aliyeva, the First Vice-President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, deserve special mention in this field. Overall, Heydar Aliyev’s speeches were masterful examples of persuasive communication using a great deal of the expressive means and stylistic devices to create a powerful impact on his audience. Based on all the noted ideas and the results of our research, we can say that the expressive means and stylistic devices – all language figures are lexical-semantic, syntactic, syntactic-semantic and syntactic-logical. Among the stylistic devices used in the literary language, syntactic figures are of special importance. The investigation of both structural and stylistic-semantic nature of the expressive means and stylistic figures that appear in any context, that is, in a certain syntactic environment, is one of the urgent problems that are waiting for their solution today. By solving this problem, the logical core of the language-thinking-speech triangle can be studied.
