The Influence of Enterprise Resource Planning uponX Organizational Performance: A Method of Meta-Analysis

Abstract
This study aims to understand the effects of Enterprise Resource Planning on organizational performance in Taiwan-listed information electronics companies. This study is conducted on the basis of existing data collected by domestic and overseas scholars, and the Meta Analysis method is applied to this data. The finding of this study shows that implementing enterprise resource planning in Taiwan-listed information electronics companies has a significant positive effect on organizational performance.
