The influence of factors on the efficiency of organizational-economic mechanism of Ukraine’s food safety

Abstract
Purpose. Of the article is investigating the factors influencing the efficiency of organizational-economic mechanism of the country’s food safety. Methodology of research. The solution of the tasks set in the article was made using the following general scientific and special methods of research: systematization, generalization, and dialectical approach. Findings. The totality of the factors influencing the formation and creation of the necessary level of the organizational-economic mechanism of food safety was investigated. The main directions of guaranteeing food safety by the state were considered. Practical value. It was substantiated in the article, that the organizationaleconomic mechanism of food safety requires constant improvement, which is stipulated by the influence of economic, political, social, ecological, and institutional factors on it.
