Abstract
The article has analysed the impact of local features on the shaping of sacral architecture in the landscape of The Świetokrzyskie Mountains based on the example of The Shrine of St. Joseph the Patron Saint of Family in Kielce. The role of local landscape on the process of the creation of the form of the building during the difficult historic times has been elaborated on in the following article. It also brings the target reader closer to the understanding of the influence of then applied tendencies concerning architectonic design. Combining the existing conditioning aspects remains a challenge for any architect or designer examining the sacral building with architectural advantages
