THE INFLUENCE OF SOCIO-POLITICAL CONDITIONS ON THE FORMATION OF THE SYSTEM OF INTERREGIONAL COOPERATION

Abstract

Interregional cooperation as an important direction of economic cooperation ensures the integrity of the country's socio-economic environment, which contributes to the achievement of Ukraine's national security and the balanced development of its regions. In the past years, Ukraine has experienced a complicated and ambiguous period of development, there is a tendency to increase interregional imbalances and the collapse of the regions of the country, which threatens the integrity of the country's socio-economic environment. However, the modern model of interaction of regions in the system of regional and public administration has not yet given the expected results. Particularly important this problem arises in the conditions of exacerbation of the socio-political situation in the country, global competition and resource dependence of the regions of the state from other countries, which can cause significant negative socio-economic consequences. That’s why the question arises about the study of the social and political conditions of their influence on the formation and deepening of interrelations between regions, in order to ensure effective interregional cooperation. In the course the development of regional cooperation, the interrelationships between them become more complicated and conflicting, suggest turning to a systematic approach for determine the impact of socio-political factors on the development of integretion processes, from the point of view of the peculiarities of the processes of interregional cooperation. Proceeding from the fact that the main goal of interregional cooperation is the formation and development of a system of stable mutually beneficial socio-economic, political, environmental, scientific, technical, cultural and other ties between subjects of interregional cooperation on the basis of social protection of citizens, territorial integrity and unity countries. Therefore, the selection of elements of socio-political conditions affecting interregional cooperation implies that the social component of development sustainability is oriented towards the person which directed at preserving the stability of interethnic, religious, cultural, educational and other relations, including the reduction of the number of destructive conflicts between people. Considering elements of socio-political conditions will ensure the social and political security of the citizens of the state, achieve common goals through meeting the needs of the population, which will promote the development of interregional cooperation and society as a whole.
