The influence of the International rules for the interpretation of Commercial Terms (INCOTERMS Rules) on the modern practice of cargo transportation

Abstract
The article deals with the concept and essence of international rules for the interpretation of commercial terms used in the international sale of goods contracts. The influence of trade custom on the practice of cargo transportation has been determined. A conclusion about application of INCOTERMS in Ukraine was made basing on the analysis of national legislation.
